MacLeigh Cladding Systems Warranty MacLeigh Cladding Systems warrants all labor on said property for a period of two years. We warranty the craftsmanship and quality of work on said to be of the utmost best. The exclusions of this warranty are acts of nature and damage caused by external influence.
Any claim hereunder not presented to MacLeigh Cladding Systems during the specified period will discharge MacLeigh Cladding Systems from any responsibility or obligation under this warranty. If, after the inspection, MacLeigh Cladding Systems determines the claimant’s condition is covered under this warranty, MacLeigh Cladding Systems will provide sufficient craftsmanship support to make up for damages. The preceding shall be the only remedy for the property covered.
