About Us

MacLeigh Cladding Systems is an Architectural Sheet Metal installation company in the Midwest. We specialize in wall panels like ACM, IMP, Single Skin, Fiber Cement and MORE! We are the experts due to strategy, design, decision making tools and methods, portfolio prioritization and delivery, understanding and using data and engaging customers. We use this expertise to create, execute and embed decision-making processes that deliver results!

Wages

Starting wage of $19.00 – $23.00/hr depending on experience, raise after 90 days of employment.

The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced and non-experienced field sheet metal installers who can appreciate and respect the architectural design and take pride in every project. We are looking for individuals who are ready to make this opportunity into a career for many years to come.

Position details (but not limited to):

  • Working closely with assigned Foreman for guidance on projects
  • Managing appropriate tools for different projects
  • Contributing to the design
  • Cleaning jobsites daily
  • Measuring materials
  • Cutting materials
  • Operating equipment
  • Carrying and lifting of heavy materials
  • Operating handheld tools

Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work long hours in either the hot or cold weather conditions
  • Must be able to work on weekends if needed
  • Must be able to travel over night for any period of time (no longer than 6 consecutive days)
